Pushkar

Pushkar is a city of vibrant markets, sacred temples and mischievous langurs. Named after the monkey-god Hanuman, these sacred monkeys roam temple steps and shrines where they collect offerings from pilgrims. The climb to Savitri Temple is steep with langurs watching every step. At the top the city stretches below, glowing in the first light of day.
